Hearts of Hope, Inc. purpose is to help homeless youth, get into a stable living situation, reconnect with families and their communities; assist with child care, outreach and referral services, offer educational, and crisis intervention assistance, as well as advocate support for homeless youth. HOH, Inc. will be available to assist homeless youth, 365 days a year maintaining inclusion, diversity, and fairness.
